I think "Meilan" is Kuran
The characters look alike I guess. According to me, what you translated as the "Meilan clan" corresponds to Kuran in Japanese.Thank you very much for you translation

And I'm glad we get to see lots of Zero, Rima (speaking the truth, love her!), Saraaaaaa~ Yuuki has to let her be part of the night class, doesn't she? I mean, I don't know if other purebloods have joined, but the support of one of them would speak volumes in front of the vampire society, plus, from what I can infer, she needs more allies, so I think Sara will be attending~ (I so want her to take in a certain abandoned dog... don't mind me, I'm a crack pairings lover)
I don't understand Yuuki, I think I never will, so I rather not dwell on that.

I love Rima too! It's such a relief having her around, being a mild comic relief :)
Don't know what's going on with Sara either. But will be interesting to find out. This monthly release thing is really not dwelling well with me :(

Could it be that the person in the beginning who takes and holds Yori's photo is actually her father, and the lines that accompany the photo are his? (I just can't believe that Yori is finally revealed to be Cross' daugher now, haha) I guess Yori would tell her parents about vampires, being one of the few who remembers. Although even if that's true, I have to wonder what her single photo is doing in the headmaster's office? Fishy :D
And haha, how funny it is to see Aido getting annoyed about Yuuki's inability to come off regal and queenly! ;) Just as well as a teacher refusing to teach vampires, a very comical moment.
What did Rima mean, though, when she spoke about Yuuki not having any leader\pureblood powers? Did she mean her inability to come off queenly or the actual lack of "power" (magical, physical, or whatever those vampires wield)?

Yori is not Cross' daughter. It seems they are in a different place. The person holding the frame is not Cross but another person. Next to the hand holding the frame, there are two shadowed figures in the background which is Zero and Cross. And it's a bit weird that why would Cross be standing in front of the desk when it's his office? :)

*sigh* If only Yuuki knew how wrong she really was about Zero's feelings, it bothers me though that she thinks his feelings will disappear just after a year, as if she doesn't believe in them. Yuuki you just make me like you more every chapter =D *sarcasm*
I assume Yuuki is going out on a little hunt at the end of the chapter for Kaname, I still wonder if Zero will follow after. I feel really bad for Yori, she can't even get the chance to really talk to her. More than anything though I guess I do feel bad for Yuuki, since awakening to her PB heritage her life has taken a complete 180 for the worse, she can't be with her Dad properly, she can't be with her best friends either, it must be horrible, no wonder her Mother wanted her to live a normal human life. This chapter really shows the separation she has with 2 of the most important people in her life, Yori and Zero. D: I hope they can be happy in the end ;-; At least she seems to be getting on well with the Night Class Students, although the part about the teacher confused me.
Ah Sara...I really like her XD Can't wait to see what trouble she shall stir when in the School :D

Yuuki is too passive. We, the fans, we seek justifications to mitigate the situation, but there are few scenes that Yuuki miss this point. I think Hino should further deepen this point.

It seems to me, there is still a chance for Zero.
Shizuka gave blood to Maria to help heal her, and Maria *IS* better (as recent chapters have pointed out), and Maria was attached to Ichiru (who was also sickly like her), so maybe.... Zero looking Ichiru, and Maria missing Ichiru, she might want to help another "sickly" person, Zero, and stop his falling to Level E. Now would Zero go along with this? I don't know. And what if he does? What if Yuki walks in while Zero has his fangs stuck inside another girl?

I really want to see the interaction between this two person! And the fact that 'Ichiru is inside Zero' made it even more epic and sinfully sweet and adorable! ^^
I see that Zero can at least tolerate with Maria out of other vampires! That moment when she woke up and hugged him, mistaken him for Ichiru, he didn't even pushed her, just showing his startled face, that's all! ^^ *Love speechless Zero* I think Zero have a soft spot for her! :D
I don't care if Yuuki walks in while Zero has his fangs stuck inside Maria-chan XD Yuuki is the one who rejected Zero's love first, hence she have no right to tie him to herself!~

Maria-chan!!~ Seriously, she's the most tolerable girl for me in this series! :D Anyway, the idea of TakumaxMaria sounds like a cute stuff!
BTW, I'm sorry, but the idea of ZeroxSara is totally a NO for me! Just the idea of Zero biting Sara made me wanted to puke! I hate that woman to the core! MY Adorable Zerorin is so not going to pair up with that woman!
However, if it's SaraxZero, means Sara is forcing Zero to be 'under' her (no pun intended ^^;;), maybe that will be digestible for me, because it's Sara's nature to force someone, and Zero is unwilling but still... if he can't do anything to avoid it, it's forgiven! Although I'm praying that this will never happen! T___T

But there's something off with him lately and hence I'm coming up for a new conclusion!

Zero won't fall to Level-E, if he get enough supplies of blood (blood tablet or the real one, anything is fine). It is proven that Zerorin is able to digest the blood tablet after the monster inside him was neutralize by completing the puzzle of the curses of the twins, absorbing Shizuka's blood through Ichiru, absorbing Shizuka's blood through Kaname and drank the blood of several Pureblood and a human [Kaname-chama, Yuuki, Shizuka (indirectly), and Ichiru]
However, Zero's thirst can only be fully quenched by 'a person who he loves'. In this case, (albeit I'm unwilling to admit this), it's obvious enough that he still loves Yuuki even if he's in denial. (And anyone else please don't argue with me that he still loves her, because I don't really have the appetite to show proves and all, because I don't like Yuuki that much currently.)
Hence, what I'm trying to say here is that, Zerorin MIGHT fall to Level-E, or rather, went mad whatsoever, if his thirst can't be quenched. For now he's unable to quench his thirst because he's in love with someone who's in love with someone else (Yuuki loves Zero too, but Zero never knew it).
So UNLESS he let go of his attachment towards Yuuki, means stop loving her, then only will he be able to fully satiated himself with just the blood table (until he founds someone who truly fit and returns his love unwaveringly, for now he'll only be lovey-dovey with blood tablet XD).
And another way is that for Yuuki to return his love, which is very unlikely for now, because she's still attached to Kaname, and even Zero won't accept it if she just abandoned Kaname like that without a definite reason. (Seriously, Zero understands Kaname more than Yuuki) He can hate Kaname as deeply as he might, but he's still a softie inside, I know part of him is relieves with Yuuki being with the person who can spends eternity with her. Kaname might be having the plan of his own, but I'll say that he'll never harm Yuuki)
So the conclusion is, if Zero doesn't let go of his love for Yuuki, it might be risky for him because it's only making him always in the brink of edge of falling (because he's thirsty frequently and all)! He can't proceed with that kind of unrequited love anymore. Either to have his love returned or no love at all, that's the only option. On the side note, it's still okay to for him to be friend with Yuuki, a best friend and a lover is completely two different things.
Anyway, take note in mind, that this is only a theory of mine.
Of course, if Yuuki returns his feeling, then he may be save from the trouble. But Yuuki needs to settled everything else first if she wanted to be with Zero. And she can't just leave Kaname like that, just as I said before, even Zero won't accept that!
I'm not even sure if he's falling to Level-E for real. Because I thought that he have neutralize for good (read my explanation on the linked post up there).
But anyway, I still haven't finish of finalizing that theory, I'm still dissatisfied myself! ^^;;

The problem is that so far, Hino did not put any woman who could be more important than Yuuki in his life. Worse, I think Hino will insert a girl, Zero will "love"with her, but Yuuki is going to be the most important woman to him forever. I really hope I'm wrong, but this manga always put "off girls" by interacting with him (Yori, Shindo). Maria is my hope, but there was a small hint about Takuma.

I think it made sense to me... Yuki has established the Night Class already, that was her initial goal before following and chasing for Kaname. For me, that is the ending scene, she's leaving alone to search for Kaname while Kaito and Zero saw her. -In the Chinese scan, there was a line right after "Zero's Level E form" that translated something along the lines of "Even though the person himself (Zero) said not to worry. But..." I just had to mention that, because it nagged at meee (I don't even know if it's worth mentioning this missing line) but I'm not here to criticize your translations.. I mean, I couldn't read most of it without your translations. Also, this part about Sayori

But the word member was in it so I'm assuming the head master is talking to the vampire hunter association)
-The person Head master is talking to is Sayori's parent (father/mother?) as the Head master calls the person '若叶议员.' '若叶' means Wakaba and is Sayori's last name. It may look different from Sayori's Japanese name, 若葉沙頼, because in Chinese her name is simplified. As proof, on page 17, Zero calls Sayori by her full name, 若叶沙赖, Wakaba Sayori.
-The night class teacher Sayori mentions is most likely Toga Yagari because he has taught the night class before.

jeeeez where in the world did you guys get that idea that zero will like sarrah..hmmm maybe he will until he finds out sarrah's true personality..hmm i don't know..i don't care to whom zero will fall in love again ..i just want him to be save(not to fall in level E)but honestly i admire some of you guys who comes up with a theory about the upcomming chapter coz honestly its hard for me to predict it (surely i have a lot of wishfull thinking for the upcomming chapters but..) and surely the author did that in purpose ...very brilliant person i say ^_~
